Try this Super easy, quick & healthy Lotus Seed Snacker. Ideal to snack on in your office or at home.

Lotus Seed (Makhana) Snacker

Puffed Makhana  : 3 cups
Ghee or oil : 1 tsp
Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder : 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala : 1 tsp
Rock Salt as per taste
Serves : 2-3
Preparation time : 10 minutes

1. Heat the oil or ghee.
2. Roast puffed makhana in low flame for about 10-15 minutes till they are crunchy.
3. Add the spices and salt.
4. Mix and serve.
