Time for Preparation: 10 min.
1. Dry roast raw sunflowers seeds in a pan for 2-3 mins.
2. Put the roasted sunflower seeds in a mixer and grind till coarse.
3. Add Basil, garlic, olive oil and rock salt and grind again.
4. Add cheese 1 cup and grind the mixture for 2-3 mins.
5. Thin pesto with some water if too thick.
6. Your Sunflower Seed Pesto is ready to serve, you can serve with bread or add to your pasta.
