Vanilla Chai

The summer is here, so this weekend try this super cool recipe, i am sure you will love it.

Here how you can whip up this delicious shake.

Ingredients:

1 very-ripe frozen banana
1 cup milk of choice
½ tsp powdered ginger
½ tsp cinnamon
tiny dash each: pepper, cardamom, ground cloves, and nutmeg
¼ tsp pure vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve cold.
